Hillcrest Christian Academy in Bethel Park is seeking a Principal to oversee all administrative and educational operations of the school.

The successful candidate will be a born-again Christian who feels the call of God on his/her life to Christian education, will believe that the Bible is God’s Word and standard for faith and daily living, and be a Christian role model in attitude, speech, and actions towards others. He/she must also be a member of, or be willing to apply for membership in, an Assemblies of God church.

Minimum Qualification include: a Bachelor’s Science (Master’s Degree preferred) in Education, an Elementary or Secondary Principal Certification and at least five years teaching experience (preferably in a Christian School setting.) The incumbent must also possess, or be willing to obtain, a Principal’s certification through ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International).

Additional qualifications include being a “people person” with excellent interpersonal skills, an excellent communicator, an experienced educator with a clear knowledge and understanding of the learning and teaching process, and a visionary who will develop an ongoing vision and strategic plan.
